- GROUNDBREAKING
The initial groundbreaking of Phase 1 will begin at the base of Telemark once all approvals and contracts are in place. This will include trenching in electricity and water
- RV SITES
Construction on the RV sites will begin alongside the initial digging for electrical and water.
- CAMPSITES
Construction on the three tee box campsites will begin alongside the digging for electrical and water.
- CAMPING CABINS
Construction on one camping cabin at the base area will begin during the Spring 2025. The cabin will be open to the public by later in 2025. We plan to add 3 additional cabins over the next year.
- BATH HOUSE
For 2026, our plan is to add a bath house for use by all of the guests of the cabins, campsites, and rv sites.

We will be converting three old tee boxes from the original golf course into three modern tent sites.

We will initially offer one camping cabin with trailside views of Mt. Telemark, with future plans for three more. These nordic-inspired cabins are a nod to the American Birkebeiner and the original roots of Telemark's history.
The cabins will roughly be 10 feet wide by 20 feet long and accomodate up to 4-5 people.
